Description

You will plan, direct, and coordinate construction and maintenance activities across the USA and internationally. This role involves supporting project execution, managing technical scope, schedule, and budget, and requires travel for assignments lasting 6-8 months.

Requirements

• BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar degree.
• Experience with Procore or similar management software is a plus.
• TAKT planning experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• Technical knowledge of built environment infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage job controls for technical compliance, budget, schedule, and BIM coordination.
• Provide technical support in construction planning, quality control, and design interpretation.
• Prepare daily logs, technical submittals, reports, and document inspection/testing results.
• Monitor craft and trade subcontractor progress for compliance with technical and contract requirements.
• Assist Project Manager with planning, subcontracting strategy, estimating, and change management.
