As an Operations Associate at ALO, you will drive store profitability and efficiency by managing inventory accuracy, executing operational functions like shipment and replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. You'll partner with the management team to resolve inventory issues and support a safe, efficient stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Execute inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues
• Support shipment, receiving, processing, and reverse transfers
• Maintain visual standards and floor set updates
• Manage stockroom standards and processes for safe operation
