Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in insurance, finance, risk management, or related field
• Industry certifications or hands-on claims handling experience
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
• Background in policy analysis, claims management, risk assessment, underwriting, or compliance
• Must supply own computer and high-speed internet

Responsibilities

• Challenge advanced language models on policy interpretation, claims adjudication, risk modeling, and insurance products
• Converse with the model on real-world insurance scenarios and theoretical questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
