You'll serve as a trusted consultant guiding school districts in Greater Houston through every stage of their IXL implementation. You'll ensure each district has a clear plan tailored to their goals and analyze data to monitor progress. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts
• Create professional development plans with district leaders
• Build relationships with district and school stakeholders
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions

📋 Requirements

• K-12 educator experience with 5+ years delivering professional development
• Experience as a school or district administrator or extensive PD delivery to those audiences
• Leading a district instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Ability to interpret data and develop effective implementation plans

• Experience with IXL or similar EdTech products
• Familiarity with Houston-area school districts
