You'll join the Partner Programs team at Agoda, supporting decisions with actionable data insights and building tools for thousands of account managers. You'll analyze supply data, develop performance models, and drive optimization projects for a global travel platform. This Bangkok-based role offers relocation support and the opportunity to work with big data in a fast-paced tech environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze supply data and develop performance tracking models
• Provide input on strategic projects to reach business targets
• Create dashboards, automated reports, and data feeds
• Assess proposed actions and collaborate with relevant teams

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in business analysis/data analytics roles in e-commerce/tech
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (engineering, statistics, finance)
• SQL, Tableau, and advanced Excel skills used in real projects
• Proven track record in using data to measure performance and build tools

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with R/Python/Spark for complex analytics
• Experience building automated analytical processes
• Master's degree in statistics, operations research, or data science
