You'll manage leave of absence programs across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless experience for team members. You'll partner with HR, Payroll, and Legal to coordinate leave requests, accommodations, and return-to-work processes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer global leave programs ensuring legal compliance.
• Serve as main contact for leave inquiries and return-to-work.
• Manage leave requests using HR systems and vendor platforms.
• Partner with Payroll and Benefits for accurate pay and benefits.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years administering leave of absence programs globally.
• Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and international leave laws.
• Experience with HRIS and leave management systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a global tech company environment.
• Familiarity with AbsenceSoft or similar tools.
• Certification in leave management or HR.
