Description

You'll act as the intelligence engine and strategic compass for the Digital Channels Growth area, translating complex data into tactical decisions and leading the agendas that define the future of digital growth. You will own executive reports for C-Level, conduct governance rituals, and leverage AI/GenAI to automate analysis.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL for large data manipulation (BigQuery/Snowflake) and query optimization
• Exceptional data storytelling ability for executive audiences
• Practical experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude to accelerate workflow
• Deep understanding of SaaS/Fintech metrics (CAC, LTV, Churn, Payback)
• Proficiency in Tableau or PowerBI for high-impact visualizations

Responsibilities

• Own official reports for C-Level, telling the story behind data and suggesting strategic paths
• Conduct governance rituals with directors and heads, ensuring alignment and execution of priorities
• Use AI/GenAI models (GPT-4, Gemini, Claude) to automate sentiment analysis, summarize data, and accelerate script creation
• Proactively identify trends and anomalies, anticipating impacts on CAC and LTV
• Mentor junior team members in SQL and data storytelling
