💼 About This Role

You'll support VIP clients in maximizing their return on Varicent's sales performance management SaaS solutions. You'll own customer technical success through proactive monitoring, coaching, and configuration. This role offers hands-on experience with advanced SQL and enterprise software in a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support primary TAM in monitoring health and performance of Varicent solutions.
• Coach users on foundational Varicent functionality and best practices.
• Review new features, fixes, and release notes for impact assessment.
• Contribute to configuring Varicent solutions based on customer requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in IT Consulting or Enterprise Software Implementation.
• Advanced SQL and relational database experience.
• Strong data manipulation skills in SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge of system configurations and data integration concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Understanding of Sales Performance Management domain.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent software products.
• Understanding of change management processes.
