Description

You will expand Brex's presence within the Y Combinator ecosystem by building relationships with partners and founders, driving top-of-funnel leads, and integrating new partners into our ecosystem in a fast-growing environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years in partnerships or closing sales role
• Understanding of venture community and how to drive partnerships
• Proven track record of hitting targets and quotas
• Ability to deliver tailored consultative solutions
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and deepen relationships with YC partners, staff, and founders
• Craft and implement tailored go-to-market strategies for each partner
• Facilitate smooth onboarding of new partners and their teams
• Serve as product expert articulating value proposition to partners
• Conduct regular performance reviews with key partners
