🎯 What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues with customers
- Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value
- Setup Zoom calls to resolve issues and improve adoption

📋 Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role
- Business fluency in spoken and written English
- Experience with modern ticketing and customer support systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills to debug complex technical issues
