You'll troubleshoot complex technical issues and serve as the bridge between customers and our development team. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues with customers
  • Educate customers on best product usage to maximize value
  • Setup Zoom calls to resolve issues and improve adoption

📋 Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or similar role
  • Business fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experience with modern ticketing and customer support systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to debug complex technical issues
