🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead design and implementation of enterprise-grade features and back-end systems.
• Drive reliability, scalability, performance, and security initiatives.
• Translate customer and business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Own projects end-to-end from system design to deployment and maintenance.

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering enterprise features like SSO, permissions systems, or audit logs.
• Evidence of operating at Staff scope driving architecture and mentoring teams.
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).

• Understanding of large scale per-customer deployments (on-premise and cloud).
• Knowledge of FGA or RBAC access controls, AWS infrastructure, and SSO/OAuth systems.
