  • Manage 30/60/90-day onboarding for AEs, SDRs, and GTM team
  • Coach sales methodologies like MEDDPICC into opportunity management
  • Create sales assets: battlecards, discovery guides, pitch decks
  • Drive adoption of GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach

  • 5+ years in Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations at B2B tech
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) with measurable impact
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
  • Background in developer tools or API platforms
