Your work directly empowers our AEs and SDRs to drive revenue growth in a high-velocity, technical environment. ๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Manage 30/60/90-day onboarding for AEs, SDRs, and GTM team
- Coach sales methodologies like MEDDPICC into opportunity management
- Create sales assets: battlecards, discovery guides, pitch decks
- Drive adoption of GTM tech stack: Salesforce, Gong, Outreach
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years in Enablement, Sales, or Sales Operations at B2B tech
- Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) with measurable impact
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach
- Background in developer tools or API platforms
