💼 About This Role

You'll lead the electrical engineering team developing next-generation automotive LiDAR systems at a pioneering MEMS-based company. You'll own the electrical architecture, ensure functional safety compliance per ISO 26262, and drive designs from concept through production. This role combines people leadership with hands-on technical direction for complex electronic hardware.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers
• Own electrical architecture for next-generation LiDAR
• Oversee PCB layout, stack-up, and high-speed interfaces
• Drive hardware functional safety activities per ISO 26262

📋 Requirements

• 12+ years experience in electrical hardware development
• 5+ years leading electrical engineering teams
• Background in analog, digital, mixed-signal, and power electronics
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 functional safety

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LiDAR, sensing, or electro-optical systems
• Familiarity with automotive OEM or Tier-1 development processes
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
