💼 About This Role

You'll orchestrate execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver integrated capabilities aligned to mission priorities. Your core impact is ensuring flow, transparency, and relentless value delivery as the chief facilitator and execution leader. You'll partner with Solution Management and the Solution Train Architect to align execution with strategic intent.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across ARTs using flow metrics
• Identify systemic impediments affecting multiple ARTs and drive resolution
• Facilitate Solution Train ceremonies including PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt
• Manage cross-team and cross-ART dependencies proactively

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics
• 10 years of professional experience in operations research
• Experience coordinating and managing large organizations
