💼 About This Role

You'll drive adoption of Tandem's clinical co-pilot across mental health providers in Sweden, training clinicians and refining workflows. You'll act as the clinical voice bridging technology with frontline psychiatric care. This role blends clinical insight with product impact in a fast-growing health-tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support adoption of Tandem's co-pilot across mental health providers
• Train and onboard clinicians and administrators on product use
• Gather and share feedback to refine product features
• Collaborate with commercial and product teams on psychiatric workflow integration

📋 Requirements

• Clinical background in psychiatry, psychology, or related mental health care
• Strong communication skills for working with healthcare professionals
• Passion for using technology to improve care delivery
• Fluency in Swedish for engaging with local stakeholders

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in neuropsychiatric assessment (ADHD, autism, cognitive assessment)
• Exposure to startups, innovation, or health-tech
• Experience in project or program management
