You'll lead a team of coaches and teach 11 classes per week at a premium boutique fitness studio. You'll drive client retention and community outreach to build long-term partnerships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach 11 classes per week as lead coach
• Develop and mentor a team of coaches

• Assist with daily studio operations and retail

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years prior group fitness experience
• Proficiency in g-Suite and MS Office
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
