Description

As a Solutions Engineer at Salt Security, you'll partner with the Sales Team to drive all technical aspects of the sales process. You'll introduce an innovative API security solution to organizations, delivering product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements that illustrate business benefits.

Requirements

• 5 years of Presales experience selling security solutions
• Understanding of APIs, API Gateways, microservices, and cloud-native technologies
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, and Load Balancers
• Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver product presentations and demonstrations illustrating how Salt's API security solution addresses critical business issues
• Develop strong working relationships with customer technical staff, earning trust through deep technical knowledge and subject matter expertise
• Deliver proof-of-value engagements demonstrating business value and technical benefits
• Work closely with Account Executives to align technical requirements and solution with customer business drivers
• Coordinate and deliver RFP/I/Q responses and technical architecture solutions
