💼 About This Role

You'll own the planning and execution of 70-90 events annually, including trade shows and field events for a growing AI public safety startup. You'll drive logistics end-to-end and ensure every detail is accounted for, with direct impact on the company's growth and community engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and execute 70-90 events annually including trade shows and field events
• Manage all aspects of event logistics: vendors, timelines, budgets, shipping
• Build and maintain detailed project plans for multiple concurrent events
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and leadership on event goals
• Track budgets, manage invoices, and ensure efficient execution within budget

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in event planning or management
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of events simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong budget management skills, including forecasting and vendor contracts
