💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Enterprise Account Executives to accelerate large enterprise deals by bridging the Achievers Employee Experience Platform with client needs. Your core impact is translating complex technical concepts into compelling value for C-suite stakeholders. This role combines deep product expertise, consultative selling, and strategic thinking to drive revenue growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery and architecture conversations with enterprise IT and HR stakeholders
• Design custom workflow solutions leveraging API, MCP server, and third-party integrations
• Articulate agentic AI capabilities and integration with customer's AI infrastructure
• Participate in roadmap and customer strategy sessions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in solution consulting or pre-sales architecture at a SaaS company
• Experience leading technical conversations covering APIs and enterprise security
• Proven ability to build financial models and executive-level business cases
• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and enterprise copilot platforms

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in HR technology or enterprise platforms
• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
• Comfort operating with C-suite and IT architect stakeholders
