You'll provide live phone support to members of a nutrition-focused healthcare platform, helping them understand benefits, schedule appointments, and troubleshoot account issues. You'll document interactions and ensure accurate member records in a fast-paced, empathetic environment.

  • Take live inbound calls from members empathetically.
  • Document interactions and resolutions for follow-up.
  • Verify member eligibility and benefits using internal tools.
  • Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.

  • High-speed internet with 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
  • Experience in a support role (in-person or live calls).
  • Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.
  • Experience handling sensitive information (PII, PHI) and HIPAA basics.
