You'll provide live phone support to members of a nutrition-focused healthcare platform, helping them understand benefits, schedule appointments, and troubleshoot account issues. You'll document interactions and ensure accurate member records in a fast-paced, empathetic environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Take live inbound calls from members empathetically.
- Document interactions and resolutions for follow-up.
- Verify member eligibility and benefits using internal tools.
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments.
๐ Requirements
- High-speed internet with 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
- Experience in a support role (in-person or live calls).
- Ability to communicate complex information concisely in writing.
- Experience handling sensitive information (PII, PHI) and HIPAA basics.

- Experience in healthcare or nutrition support.
