You'll lead a portfolio of client accounts (~$15-20M revenue) as a strategic partner, coaching squad leaders and driving delivery excellence. You'll oversee SDLC best practices and executive client relationships to ensure high-quality outcomes and organic growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts ($10M-$15M)
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with clients
• Coach and mentor Product, Engineering, and Delivery leaders
• Monitor portfolio profitability and forecast accuracy

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in technology industry
• 4+ years in senior leadership within agency/professional services
• Experience managing $10M+ client accounts
• Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies

• Experience in recovery situations or high-stakes negotiations
• Experience with agency business metrics (Gross Margin, Forecast Accuracy)
