🎯 What You'll Do

• Define the technical strategy and architectural vision for the Elements platform
• Manage multiple engineering teams, mentoring managers and senior ICs
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders on the technology roadmap
• Establish engineering best practices and quality standards to scale teams

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years in senior leadership managing multiple teams
• Strong expertise in cryptography, blockchain, and decentralized identity
• Experience with cloud-native environments (AWS serverless) and microservices

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, Dart, Rust
