You'll lead on-air promo production for Star MAA's Telugu content. You'll ideate and direct creative campaigns that keep audiences engaged. This role offers mentorship of a creative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and produce on-air promos for movies, shows, music
• Collaborate with marketing and programming teams on campaign ideas
• Ensure promos reflect Telugu cultural nuances and local flavor
• Mentor and guide OAP and Graphics team members

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of work experience in a related role
• On-air promo or creative production experience
• Graduate degree (Bachelor's or equivalent)
• Ability to write and edit promotional content

• TV or OTT experience
• Experience with Telugu content creation
