💼 About This Role
You'll join Valspec as an Account Manager, delivering Digital GxP Services to life sciences clients. Your core impact will be identifying and closing sales opportunities in CapEx and OpEx spend. This role offers ownership in an ESOP company with a collaborative culture.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain understanding of life sciences industry trends.
- Foster strategic partnerships with key suppliers.
- Orchestrate the entire sales process from lead to close.
- Collaborate with operations to develop high-quality proposals.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of business development experience.
- Proven track record in life sciences sales (software/equipment/services).
- Experience with resource-based/staff augmentation solutions preferred.
