Description

You will own and drive end-to-end New Ingredient Development (NID) across the Nordic markets, ensuring new ingredients move efficiently from idea to menu while balancing quality, cost, and speed-to-market. As the central connector between Product and Sourcing, you will bring structure to ingredient development and unlock opportunities for faster innovation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, retail, or meal kits
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong commercial mindset for building business cases and evaluating ingredient opportunities
• Analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent English communication skills; Nordic language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own cross-functional ingredient onboarding projects from brief to menu launch across Nordic markets
• Act as key point of contact between Sourcing and Product for alignment on specifications and timelines
• Build and maintain real-time New Ingredient Development (NID) pipeline with risks and dependencies
• Identify structural blockers (packaging, shelf life, certifications) and define action plans
• Create data-driven business cases for high-impact or high-risk ingredients
