You'll execute mechanical design and configuration of low-voltage products for a 75-year-old industry leader in electrical distribution systems. Core impact: develop custom, compliant solutions that balance customer needs with manufacturability and cost targets.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Execute and support mechanical design configuration for customer-specific requirements.
• Perform advanced 3D modeling and create detailed 2D drawings.
• Maintain and update bills of materials (BOMs) for manufacturing alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet functional, schedule, and cost targets.

📋 Requirements

• BSME or equivalent required
• 7+ years of mechanical design experience
• Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or Pro E
• Knowledge of UL891/1558 design guidelines

✨ Nice to Have

• MSME preferred
• Sheet metal design experience including manufacturability and cost optimization
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA) experience
