Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• NER-NY certification
• Available for full-time, part-time, day, evening, or overnight shifts
• Willingness to provide care in client homes

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 nursing care to clients of all ages and acuity levels
• Use electronic charting (Cubhub) to document patient care
• Collaborate with clinical support team for patient care
• Adhere to state and local home health care regulations
• Participate in paid training and skill development
