💼 About This Role

You'll architect and scale revenue data analytics and infrastructure to supercharge the GTM engine at TRACTIAN. You'll manage a customer data lake, automate account enrichment and revenue workflows, driving high-impact cross-functional projects with best-in-class tools.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and manage data pipelines for GTM systems using BigQuery and cloud ETL.
• Develop and maintain scripts and microservices in Python and JavaScript.
• Design and manage a unified GTM data lake for segmentation and scoring.
• Build batch and streaming ingestion pipelines with Airflow orchestration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics in B2B SaaS.
• Comfort with API integrations and scripting in Python or Go.
• Experience managing large datasets and translating insights into recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and communicate technical concepts.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with LLM-based enrichment pipelines.
• Familiarity with Apache Beam, Kafka, or Pub/Sub.
• dbt and semantic layer design experience.
