Description
You will lead the end-to-end implementation process for new customers, acting as the primary post-sales contact. Your role involves managing project plans, conducting discovery sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to client success, driving product adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in project management or implementation role, preferably in technology
- Detailed product functionality knowledge
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with executive presence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes
- Strong analytical approach to determine advantageous solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead implementations including project plan oversight, stakeholder management, and timeline
- Serve as expert consultant on product setup, configuration, and best practices
- Conduct discovery sessions with new customers to engage key users and decision makers
- Develop and maintain implementation project plans and documentation
- Liaise with Sales, Software Trainers, and Account Managers for enterprise customers
