You'll join a team building AI-native developer tools for Alan's engineering organization, creating infrastructure that enables both engineers and non-engineers to contribute confidently. You'll own features end-to-end, from design to deployment. Hopper, Alan's own coding agent, is central to our mission of making AI workflows reliable.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and improve Hopper, Alan's internal coding agent
• Develop AI-native engineering enablement tooling
• Create autonomous testing infrastructure for agents
• Design sandboxed development environments

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in full-stack software engineering
• Experience building internal platforms or developer tools
• Experience with LLM APIs or AI-assisted coding tools
