Responsibilities
- Redefine customer engagement with AI programs from onboarding to renewal and upsell
- Accelerate customer lifecycle by tracking key metrics like adoption, renewal velocity, and satisfaction
- Build customer insights tools and dashboards for self-service and GTM strategy
- Participate in building integrated customer tech stack with Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, etc.
- Innovate and experiment with AI capabilities, messaging, and segmentation
