🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement search retrieval algorithms across multiple search engines
• Make existing algorithms more efficient and performant
• Write technical design documents and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and teams internationally

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of search techniques and data structures
• Practical experience in making algorithms perform efficiently
• Ability to write highly performant and reliable solutions
• Experience with modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with maps, routing, or navigation
• Experience with NLP/ML/Generative AI
• Experience with search engines like ElasticSearch or Solr
