You'll partner with commercial, product, and finance teams to uncover drivers of member behaviour and revenue growth. You'll develop behavioural segmentations and apply ML/statistical techniques to inform product strategies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with teams to define and investigate key business questions
• Develop and maintain member behavioural segmentations
• Apply statistical and ML techniques for segmentation and diagnostics
• Translate analytical outputs into commercial insights and recommendations

📋 Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in data science or analytics role
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Experience applying ML/statistical methods to business problems
• Proven ability to connect analytics to commercial outcomes

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with attribution concepts (MMM, SKAN)
• Experience with causal/incrementality thinking
• Experience in multi-sided marketplace
