You'll lead M&A and strategic investments for a fintech infrastructure company. You'll drive the full transaction lifecycle and shape growth strategy. You'll partner directly with the executive team to identify high-impact opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead full lifecycle of M&A transactions and strategic initiatives
• Drive strategy and pipeline for venture capital investments
• Develop and own corporate development roadmap
• Build investment theses and financial models for executive team

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or related strategic finance role
• Demonstrated track record of leading and closing M&A transactions or strategic investments
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business; MBA strongly preferred
