💼 About This Role
You'll join Sierra, a platform helping businesses build better customer experiences with AI. You'll prospect, manage relationships, and close complex enterprise deals, shaping our GTM motion as an early team member. This role offers the chance to drive revenue for a high-growth AI company with industry-leading technology.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Prospec and generate leads through research and cold calling.
- Manage relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations and close complex deal cycles.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise customer-facing sales.
- Professional fluency in German and English.
- Experience managing a $1M+ quota.
- Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation.
