🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as deputy to Program Manager for CSOC program
• Maintain 24x7 schedule and minimum-manning requirements
• Construct and optimize operational workflows across shifts
• Develop and analyze security operational metrics

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years direct operational and program management experience in cybersecurity
• 7+ years professional experience in incident response, digital forensics, and cyber threats
• 5+ years hands-on experience with host/network security monitoring
• Possess CISSP or CISSP-ISSMP or CISM or PMP certification

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience supporting a 24x7 CSOC environment
• Familiarity with intrusion detection systems and SIEM platforms
• One of GCFA, GREM, GCIH, OSCP, GPEN, or GFCE certifications
