Your role involves shaping the digital future of flagship organizations by articulating the value of complex NoSQL solutions to technical stakeholders and securing multi-million dollar commitments from C-suite leaders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in Enterprise Software Sales (SaaS/Infrastructure)
  • 5+ years in Data, Cloud, or Complex Infrastructure selling to Developers and CTOs
  • Proven history of closing six- and seven-figure deals ($250k–$1M+ ARR)
  • Track record as a 'Land Expand' expert growing new logos into multi-million dollar partnerships
  • Experience navigating long sales cycles (9–18 months) with multi-stakeholder approval processes

Responsibilities

  • Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets, closing six- and seven-figure deals ($250k–$1M+ ARR)
  • Architect a proactive territory plan for new logo opportunities and growth of existing accounts
  • Lead, quote, and negotiate complex long sales cycle transactions (9–18 months)
  • Develop executive-level relationships (C-suite) and technical leadership (CTOs/Developers)
  • Apply structured sales methodologies (MEDDPICC) and maintain pristine Salesforce data
