• Communicate event details and seating options to guests
• Process ticket orders and collect payments
• Follow cash handling and inventory procedures
• Upsell similar events by demonstrating knowledge of upcoming shows

• 0-1 years of related work experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
