🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Head Grower to execute grow operations and projects
• Direct and supervise the Grow Team's activities and performance
• Manage grow schedules, personnel, and quality assurance practices
• Ensure compliance with licensing requirements and safety standards

📋 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Horticulture or related science, or 5+ years in production agriculture
• 2+ years of commercial cultivation experience
• Knowledge of plant diseases, insects, and treatment options
• Proven experience in production environment operations
