You'll partner with our Global Head of Talent and hiring managers to deliver an end-to-end hiring experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll take ownership of sourcing and closing top talent, leveraging AI tools and data-driven insights to continuously improve our hiring process. This role offers the chance to work across global regions and build teams that drive our growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and engage candidates across various functions and regions.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles simultaneously.
• Use AI tooling and data to track pipeline performance and improve hiring.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• Strong sourcing ability across different functions.
• Comfortable managing multiple roles at once.
• Experience working across global hiring or time zones.

✨ Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
