💼 About This Role

You'll lead a functional audit group for IT, digital banking, and electronic payments at a top regional bank. You'll oversee risk-based audit plans, manage SOX IT General Controls, and partner with senior leaders to shape audit strategy. This role blends strategic insight, technical depth, and people leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead business line and compliance audit program for IT and digital banking.
• Design and execute risk-based audit plans with effective testing strategies.
• Review and approve audit workpapers and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage SOX IT General Controls testing and monitor issue remediation.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of related business experience with 10 years in audit or regulatory examination.
• 6+ years of supervisory or management experience leading teams or complex initiatives.
• CIA, CRCM, CISA, or CPA professional certification required.

✨ Nice to Have

• CISM, CISSP, or CIA certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of auditing standards, COSO, and IT audit methodologies.
• Experience with data analytics and data governance in audit.
