You will lead Klaviyo's technical recruiting strategy, partnering with senior leaders across Engineering, Product, and Data to attract, assess, and close top technical talent. You'll scale a high-performing recruiting team, drive innovation in sourcing and assessment, and champion equity and inclusion in hiring.
Requirements
- 10+ years leading Talent Acquisition at scale with focus on technical recruiting.
- 5+ years direct people management, preferably in high-growth technical teams.
- Strong understanding of technical talent markets and engineering assessment practices.
- Skilled at building trusted partnerships with technical executives.
- Data-driven with deep focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
