Description

You will lead a global SOC team, ensuring around-the-clock security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management across Ivalua's cloud-based procurement infrastructure. You'll define operational processes, manage KPIs, and drive tooling strategy while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to protect critical systems and data.

Requirements

• Experienced in leading SOC teams and security operations
• Expertise in SIEM, EDR/XDR, NDR, and cloud security tools
• Strong knowledge of incident response and vulnerability management
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC2, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for global team coordination

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a global SOC team across time zones
• Ensure continuous security monitoring using SIEM, EDR/XDR, NDR, and cloud tools
• Oversee incident response from triage to recovery, coordinating with IT, Security, Legal, and Communications
• Manage vulnerability lifecycle: scanning, prioritization, remediation tracking
• Own SOC tooling strategy and drive automation and orchestration
