🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead transition from reactive reporting to proactive insights
• Establish AI across analytics approach
• Coach, hire, and scale analytics team
• Re-analyze business to generate behavioral and operational insights

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in Analytics or Business Intelligence
• Proven SQL proficiency
• Experience with dbt and Looker or similar tools
• Leadership experience managing data teams

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in commercial analytics or data consulting
• Degree in Business Engineering, Economics, or Marketing Intelligence
