You'll lead Square's presence in Calgary, driving field sales and closing deals with local businesses. You'll build pipeline from scratch via door-to-door outreach and partnerships, directly impacting economic empowerment for merchants. This role offers high ownership in a dynamic, high-growth market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Spend ~80% of week in field driving 50-60 business visits weekly
- Run full-cycle self-sourced sales from lead generation to close
- Build referral network and partner relationships for pipeline
- Maintain CRM discipline and forecast accurately in Salesforce
๐ Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle field sales experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with hunting and cold calling (business development)

- 2+ years in payment processing or related tech (payroll, loyalty, etc.)
- 1+ years selling to restaurants, retail, or services businesses
- Prior Salesforce experience
