💼 About This Role

You'll manage the sales pipeline in a B2B tech services company, proactively intervening to rescue stalling deals and coaching AEs. Your core impact is increasing close rates and reducing premature sales that cause downstream churn.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Monitor active sales pipeline daily in Pipedrive for at-risk deals.
  • Proactively intervene on stalling deals by calling prospects and coaching AEs.
  • Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline progression.
  • Catch deals sold incorrectly before close and correct the plan.

📋 Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, or sales operations.
  • Willingness to pick up the phone and engage directly with prospects.
  • Strong coaching instinct to identify missing elements in AEs' deals.
  • Deep comfort with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services industry.
  • Track record of personally rescuing at-risk deals.
  • Experience working alongside or managing SDR/AE teams.
