💼 About This Role
You'll manage the sales pipeline in a B2B tech services company, proactively intervening to rescue stalling deals and coaching AEs. Your core impact is increasing close rates and reducing premature sales that cause downstream churn.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Monitor active sales pipeline daily in Pipedrive for at-risk deals.
- Proactively intervene on stalling deals by calling prospects and coaching AEs.
- Hold AEs accountable for follow-up cadence and pipeline progression.
- Catch deals sold incorrectly before close and correct the plan.
📋 Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, sales management, or sales operations.
- Willingness to pick up the phone and engage directly with prospects.
- Strong coaching instinct to identify missing elements in AEs' deals.
- Deep comfort with CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services industry.
- Track record of personally rescuing at-risk deals.
- Experience working alongside or managing SDR/AE teams.
