You'll be the primary technical and strategic partner for Clay's largest enterprise customers, ensuring their long-term success. You'll own complex technical cases and design tailored workflows while collaborating with Product and Engineering. You'll also help refine the enterprise support playbook and set the standard for operational excellence.

  • Own enterprise-level technical cases end-to-end.
  • Serve as trusted advisor for strategic accounts.
  • Act as subject matter expert on product and APIs.
  • Develop enterprise-facing resources like runbooks and playbooks.

  • Extensive technical expertise in APIs and SaaS architecture.
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS support or solutions engineering.
