💼 About This Role

You'll build GovCloud-native engineering capability for US federal customers, owning the migration of a Maritime AI platform to a US Government Cloud environment. You'll hire and lead a cleared engineering team and serve as the primary technical interface between federal agencies and global engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Establish R&D function structure, processes, and operating model
• Lead end-to-end migration of platform to US GovCloud environment
• Build and maintain full DevOps pipeline in cleared environment
• Serve as primary technical point of contact for federal customers

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure experience
• 3-5 years in a senior technical leadership role
• Hands-on experience with US GovCloud environments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government)
• Active Top Secret/TS/SCI clearance

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Palantir platforms (Gotham, Foundry, AIP)
• Familiarity with data fusion or AI/ML deployment in classified environments
• Experience building teams in cleared environments
