πΌ About This Role
You'll structure and leverage HR data as a strategic lever for the CHRO and Executive Committee at a European cloud leader. You'll co-construct the annual HR budget, design automated dashboards, and model salary projections. You'll act as the key interface between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure a single source of truth for headcount and payroll data.
π― What You'll Do
- Co-construct annual HR budget with Finance team
- Perform monthly budget variance analysis and alerts
- Model short and medium-term salary projections
- Design and maintain automated HR dashboards
- Lead legal reporting like BDESE and Gender Equality Index
π Requirements
- Mastery of Social Management Control mechanisms
- Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas)
- BI/Dataviz tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
- SQL for manipulating complex datasets
- HRIS/ERP like Lucca, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
