You'll structure and leverage HR data as a strategic lever for the CHRO and Executive Committee at a European cloud leader. You'll co-construct the annual HR budget, design automated dashboards, and model salary projections. You'll act as the key interface between HR, Finance, and IT to ensure a single source of truth for headcount and payroll data.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Co-construct annual HR budget with Finance team
  • Perform monthly budget variance analysis and alerts
  • Model short and medium-term salary projections
  • Design and maintain automated HR dashboards
  • Lead legal reporting like BDESE and Gender Equality Index

  • Mastery of Social Management Control mechanisms
  • Advanced Excel (Power Query, complex formulas)
  • BI/Dataviz tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • SQL for manipulating complex datasets
  • HRIS/ERP like Lucca, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors
