💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical support to customers integrating our Video, Chat, Feeds, and Moderation SDKs. You'll serve as the primary technical point of contact for Enterprise customers throughout their integration lifecycle. This role offers excellent growth potential and the chance to own your work in a fast-paced marketplace.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide technical support via support platform and Enterprise channels.
• Act as primary technical contact for Enterprise customers.
• Support customers from implementation to production.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success during engagements.

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years in engineering or technical role.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Ruby, or Swift.
• Experience with iOS (Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/XML/Jetpack Compose).
• Fluent in English with excellent written communication.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with WebRTC or real-time protocols.
• Prior customer-facing or developer support role.
• Strong experience with React and modern web development.
